Stratford Building Corporation (SBC) designs and manufactures modular structures. Residential single family homes are marketed under the trade name Stratford Homes®. Commercial use projects are a significant part of SBC's business base.
SBC was founded in 1994 and serves the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and the Canadian Provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. The company's operations are located on a 20 acre tract in Rathdrum, ID. The physical plant consists of a 44,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing building, 5,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse and a 3,000 Sq. Ft. paint/finish operation. Additionally, there is a 3,500 Sq. Ft. administrative building.
Through year end 2007 the company had construction over 1,100 projects. Staff includes Design / Drafting professionals, Sales and Project Coordinators, along with wide aspect of frame construction trades people, including licensed electricians and plumbers. SBC is a financially viable business with significant bonding capacity.
