An extended stay lodging project is up and operating in less than 180 days after the first module was placed on its foundation.
Stratford Suites (no affiliation with Stratford Building Corporation), is located in Airway Heights, WA. a suburb of Spokane. The overall scope of work fabricated at SBC consisted of 16 buildings tallying over 39,000 S.F. of floor space. Lodging structures each have (4) four 620 S.F. 2 bedroom luxury suite style accommodations. A 2,500 S.F. service building incorporates check-in and office area along with guest laundry, meeting room, maintenance and the operation's commercial laundry facility.
SBC along with the lodging operation's owner/developers worked closely together in the plan design and finish material selections with a mutual effort that created a first class operation. The owner/developers had constructed and operated extended stay facilities in the past. They chose SBC and modular construction technique because of SBC's professionalism and experience in commercial modular use applications along with their recognition that modular construction alleviated the myriad of hassles encountered with sub-contractors experienced on other projects.
