Administration and Office Buildings

Nez Perce tribal offices were spread over a number of locations in the Lapwai, ID area. Tribal elders were on a mission to consolidate their administrative operation in a single building when they contacted Stratford Building Corporation (SBC). The goal of the elders was to achieve their objective as economically and swiftly as possible.
SBC responded to their inquiry with a proposal for a (2) two story, 6500 s.f. facility incorporating a floor plan that met the immediate and future needs of the Nez Perce. The scope of work SBC undertook for this project included all on site construction and factory fabrication of the (8) eight modules that comprised the structure.
Time to occupancy was critical for the Nez Perce and SBC got the job done! Utilizing a parallel path concept of construction the factory was constructing modules while site work for infrastructure and foundation was undertaken.
Within 100 days after contract signing, the Nez Perce moved into their new administrative center. Tribal elders were pleased and the people staffing the administration center were complementary of their new work environment.
