David Endy

President

David has been actively involved in the modular home industry for the past 33 years. He has overseen Stratford Homes Limited Partnership, a related Wisconsin-based modular home manufacturer since 1990, and has led its growth to one of the largest and most successful custom single-family modular builders in the Midwest. David was instrumental in the start-up of Stratford Building Corporation (SBC) in 1994 and has served as its president since 1997. Over this period, SBC has established itself as one of the longest tenured modular home manufacturers in the Pacific Northwest building an impressive portfolio of single-family homes and multi-family projects throughout their trade territory.
