Terry E Thomas Jr. (T.J.) has been with Stratford Building Corporation since 1995. Before joining Stratford, T.J. worked with a local framing contractor for 2 years. He has been Framing Supervisor, QA Manager, Plant Foreman, and Assistant Production Manager before becoming the Production Manager in 2022. In his 28 years with Stratford, T.J. has set 100's of homes and is the plant expert for install and set of buildings.
